Poipet Residential Flat

A compact site, organized vertically.

Poipet Residential Flat · A compact site, organized vertically.
The project

A narrow residential building developed through architectural planning and AutoCAD documentation, with floor arrangements coordinated around a central stair.

01

Plan as the organizing discipline

The project brings arrival, parking, living and private rooms into a vertically organized residential building. A central stair connects the floor arrangements. The ground floor, mezzanine, first floor and second floor are presented together so their different uses and shared circulation can be compared.

My contribution combined architectural planning with the production of AutoCAD documentation. Working with a collaborating architect, the task was to communicate an arrangement that remained consistent from one level to the next.

02

Follow the stair through the section

The longitudinal and cross sections connect the plan organization to level changes and building height. They make the relationship between stacked rooms, circulation and the envelope easier to understand.

The value of the drawing set lies in these relationships: dimensions, levels and openings need to refer to the same architectural arrangement across plans and sections.

03

The façade as part of the same set

Front, side and rear elevations complete the architectural documentation. Read with the plans, they locate openings and clarify how the internal floor arrangement appears at the building envelope.

The drawings shown here are individual extracts from the supplied Poipet project set. The work demonstrates collaborative planning and technical communication through a coordinated residential drawing package.

Drawings are shown at screen scale. Refer to written dimensions. Project roles and stages are stated above.
